How insurance rentals work

From claim to keys

Most Ontario auto policies include rental coverage while your car is off the road for repairs. We handle the paperwork with your adjuster, so you aren't stuck in the middle.

  1. Open your claim

    Report the accident to your insurance company and get your claim number and adjuster's name.

  2. Contact us

    Call, email or send the request form below. Tell your adjuster you'd like Twenty1 Auto Club as your rental provider.

  3. We confirm coverage

    We contact your insurer to confirm your rental coverage and the vehicle class you're entitled to.

  4. Drive away

    Pick up at our Meyerside Dr location or have the car delivered. Return it when your repairs are done.

Not-at-fault accidents

If another driver caused the accident, your rental is usually covered under Direct Compensation for Property Damage with no cost to you.

At-fault or other claims

Rental coverage depends on your policy. We'll check with your insurer and tell you up front if any portion isn't covered.

Works with your shop

Your car can be at any body shop. We stay in touch with the shop and your adjuster so your rental lines up with the repair.
